What is the 6:19 Method?

  • The 6:19 Method is an 8-week, faith-based health course designed to help you build lifelong habits—physically, mentally, and spiritually—so you can improve your health without fear, guilt, or diet culture.

  • This is not a weight-loss program, though many participants experience weight loss as a byproduct of sustainable health.

Why Does it Exist?

  • Health advice today is loud, confusing, and often fear-based. “Fruit is bad", “Coffee raises cortisol”, “Don’t lift weights.” These claims, taken out of context, distort how many people understand a healthy lifestyle.

  • Clients were asking me: Is oatmeal okay? Is fruit unhealthy? Do I need organic food? Should I only do cardio?

  • As a coach grounded in science, experience, and scripture, I knew people needed clarity, not more noise. I’ve helped hundreds of clients through 1-on-1 coaching. Now, I’m offering the same proven framework in a more accessible, affordable format.

What Makes it Different?

  • Most programs focus on behavior change alone. The 6:19 Method focuses on value-based transformation. As humans, we’re guided by values like family, safety, and purpose. As Christians, we also value biblical truth, community, self-control, and wisdom. ​

  • Lasting health starts with renewing the mind, learning discernment, and building accountability—not chasing the next diet trend. This course is a biblically grounded approach to health, rooted in the values you already hold.

  2. Stress, recovery, and sleep

  3. Nutrition as nourishment

  4. Exercise fundamentals & supplements

Weeks 5-8

 (Application Phase)

5. Identifying limiting beliefs & hope in Christ

6. Stress management & personal nutrition

7. Building your exercise plan for life

8. Creating your Sustainable Lifestyle Plan (SLP)
